Before you stands a mind flayer, apart from the fact its twice the normal size and has MORE than twice the normal number of tentacles.  Apart from that its really rather normal, some runic jewellery scatter around the normal spots on its body and a simple cloth robe that wouldn't look out of place on a monk or a pauper.
