Baqir is dark skinned and bold, almost always with a turban, with many ritual tatoos on his body.

Background:
'Imad al-Din Nur Al-Alfad Baqir ibn Kathir Al-Andalus, for short Baqir Al-Andalus, was born in Andalusia near the covenant of Almunecar in the Iberian Tribunal. Someone left him there, standing in front of the covenant's door because the child was "special". His body was particularly hot to the touch and sometimes it was impossible to touch him. His parents left him there, and the magi at the covenant brought him inside and raised him as one of them. The magi of the covenant were Sahirs of the Order of Hermes, they saw great potential in Baqir and taught him the art of Jinni bargaining, because that's what they were doing all day. Baqir studied hard the Qu'ran, the Sihr, and the hermetic arts and he also learned how to use the Jinns to his will, a bit at least. In one of the neverending days at the covenant, Baqir probably failed to summon the right Jinn and a powerful Ifrit appeared before him, Baqir sought help from the others but there were no one around, the Ifrit, with his grinning smile, proposed a deal, one that Baqir could not refuse. Now, Baqir is forced to bring the center of powers of the Ifrit along with him in the travel he makes, it's a little jar with ever-burning embers inside. His parens is Jamaal Al-Andalus, he taught him of the ancient and powerful Sahirs of the East, the ones that hermetic magic doesn't fully comprehend. From that moment, Baqir was really focused on this goal: find these hidden sahirs and understand the primordial rituals governing their magic so that when he'll be back in Andalusia, he'll teach his findings to the new generations and maybe they'll be powerful enough to stop their feud with the Flambeau.

After Gauntlet:
In the year after the Gauntlet, Baqir fixed an Arcane Connection to the water of a spring near the covenant of Almunecar and put the water in a little glass crystal making an amulet. Baqir travels to North Africa to study with some Jinns about Faerie and Infernal Lore, he also approaches some library to find more informations on the Sahirs.

At some point, he found a tuareg girl named Kahira that he saved from quicksand, from that moment they become really close friends and traveled to Siwa where Kahina met a siwan warrior that joined them. In Siwa, Baqir bought a fifteen years old slave girl and then told her to live her life freely, but she felt she needed to thank this man and decide to follow him.

Today:
When he was near the Nile, he found an Herbalist that was searching for herbs along the riverside. After a long chat Baqir asked if he would like to join his covenant and a month later the herbalist joined him in his adventure.
