Pibblesnoot, gnome adventurer

Standing a mere three feet tall, the gnome arcanist Pibblesnoot seems to relish going unnoticed, and then making his presence known in a flamboyant manner. He wears  a dark, nondescript cloak, and keeps his frizzly hair trimmed such that it resembles a tuft of sandy brown grass. Yet beneath his cloak, his clothing is all bright yellows and reds, and he's not a bad shot with the hand crossbow.
