Possibly confused as a human, wearing two eye patches, a knee length duster, a tricorner hat, a pair of foldover boots and a bright purple sash around the waist. The rest of the clothes tend to be somewhat loose fit for movement and utility. If one is an avid fan of adventure holovids then he doesn't seem any more out of place in a typical pirate vid, almost like he belonged there. But maybe, more likely, he's simply another vagrant with no eyes trying to get by.
