Emraeal Alsera

Emraeal "Emry" Alsera is a young elven woman born in the adventuring capital of the world: Absalom. While many elves born in Kyonin might have the tendency to stick to one or two subjects and specialize in them, Emry had a tendency to do the exact opposite. For decades on end she flit from one job to another, picking up valuable skills and a wealth of knowledge that served her well when she finally 'settled down' to work as a clerk for the Pathfinder Society's Grand Lodge. When not manning the front desk, she helped in editing and copying the many adventure journals submitted to be spread out to the various branch offices for the Pathfinder Society. Unsurprisingly, after years of reading and hearing about all manner of grand adventures by various members of the Society, she eventually picked herself up a big stonking crossbow and charged face-first into the test to become a proper Pathfinder. After a harrowing running battle with her and her fellow applicants on one side, and an Apsis Consortium spy and enslaved young minotaur on the other, she earned her Wayfinder and set out to start adventuring.

With her goal being to find new information to share with the Society, and not being quite willing to head to the Worldwound to gather info on demons and cultists, she eventually chose to travel to Nirmathas. The ever-increasing tensions between the young nation and Molthune were no secret, along with the stories of all manner of people disappearing in the Fangwood, so she figured that it would make a good starting location to find interesting times. Dumping her savings into a Handy Haversack to make her travel easier, she made the long trek to the capital city of Tamran to establish a base of operations and begin her investigations into whatever shinies and spooky mysteries she could find.

While Emry can put on one hell of a bitchy "serious face", more often she comes off as eccentric. She has a habit of being distracted by all manner of things, as well as telling all sorts of stories (Something she really doesn't have much talent for). An orator, she is not. She IS however abnormally skilled in a wide variety of fields, and not at all shy about ensuring that her friends know this, volunteering for all manner of jobs at the drop of a hat. While she's not generally the kind of person to dive into certain doom, her curiosity and easily distracted nature does tend to lead her into problems sooner rather than later . . .
