Azatch, like many half-orcs was ostracized from a very young age. His human mother, a Deadwater whore, eventually died of some disease which he never got the details of. he had to fend for himself and found the unforgiving swamp to be more forgiving that the careless people of Deadwater. He could scavenge for the types of food others found distasteful, but he never minded. Eventually he spent more time outside of town than he did within, until he became one with the wilderness.

Being older, more experienced, and not beholden to the cruel whims of others, Azatch began trading pelts, herbs, and other bounties of the swamp with the people of Deadwater. He does not hold anything against the villager, they helped him unite with his bestial self. His true self.
