Cela fought in an army before coming to Deadwater, and when asked whose side won the war will tell you that no one did.  Small surprise, since the town she says she's from doesn't exist anymore.

Even so, she's relatively friendly and extremely quick on her feet.

She typically wears a sleeveless shirt with trousers that were not originally made for a Tabaxi, as a hole for her tail has been cut at some point.  She does not wear shoes or armor.
