Bineshi Hockings St. Germaine... Or just "Bird".



Bird is a sort of 90s punk/street kid. Raised traditional, but kept going to the big city (not Toronto at first, probably London (CA), Buffalo and Detroit (US)) for things like music, dance parties, jobs.

Embraced in the 90s in the city. Likely hasn't really been back on the res since then, but keeps up with other Natives, sends mail home.



Bird is probably running from his curse, trying to come to acceptance with it. He can't stay on the res because that puts his people in danger. But the city is as alien and inhuman to him as the Beast inside him. He's still full of the anger and rebellion of his youth, and has to come to peace with that, too, find a better way.



He's seeking out the Eighth Fire, but instead of just Indigenous and Colonizer, also the balance between Beast and Humanity, between Kine and Kindred. Bird probably sees the Embrace/Kindred as a city-problem. Of course, he's wrong about that, but he sees it as a colonizer thing, the constant take take take, disconnected from spirit and land.



His Sire fed his anger, fed his sense of injustice, wanted to use him against someone. The Anarchs? The Camarilla? Even now, he's not sure. He just knows he was used.
He wound up rebelling still, against the hatred and the anger and the pain. Remembering who he was, who his grandmother raised him to be.
