Marie, who stands about 5' 8", is in her mid to late 30s and appears to be fairly fit.  She's very energetic and animate, in both action and discussion.  She wears her feelings on her face as the saying goes.  She tends to dress in simple shirts and slacks with comfortable running shoes.

Like her husband, she has been on the Council for several years now.  Unlike her husband, Marie is full of fire and passion and makes no move to restrain it.  She is very forthright and direct and is far from shy about sharing her opinions.  She and Karl often bump heads and clearly do not agree on many things not that this disturbs their relationship as far as anyone can tell.

She actually is in charge of the maintenance and tech of Sanctuary.
