Description:
Karl is a well muscled man in his late 30s or early 40s, standing a bit over 6'.  His dark hair is kept fairly neat.  He wears t-shirts, jeans and heavy boots.  He has a few tattoos on his arms that are barely visible at times.

Karl is the most recent member of the Council.  He represents the more aggressive people in Sanctuary.  Karl is known for more aggressive action and fighting back whenever he feels slighted.  He is the first to always propose violence and striking back at threats to Sanctuary or enhanced people in general.
