Towering over most everyone and with a muscular build, it is immediately clear that Daranmon is a warrior whether armed or not. Fair haired, blue eyed, usually with a day or three's (at least) beard, Daranmon is a veteran of many campaigns and bears something of a world-weary expression, not to mention scars over his right knee and on the inside of his left wrist.

He wears the armor of a heavy foot soldier but carries a kopis, a dagger and a composite bow - one might almost surmise that he is a former cavalry soldier. He doesn't speak of his past other than to mention how far from home he is, but has served in the Red Horse Lancers for several years.

Daranmon speaks with a measured voice, as if weighing the value of every word, but can be direct and to the point whenever the need arises.

He reveres Yanafil Tarnils, and wears the appropriate runes.
