Billy is the definition of average for his age, with a bit of extra tech skill and a little bit of a social shortcoming compared to many of his sophomore peers at Sunnydale.

Billy is around 5'5" and his skinny build would have most midway barkers guessing him around 120.  For better or worse, his tousled brown hair is neither so mousy that it attracts bullies nor of that perfect nature that attracts the ladies.

His soft-spoken demeanor and slightly below average frame make most people forget him soon after he leaves their sight.  Last year he had to introduce himself to his homeroom teacher three times.
