Mirima Huang

Real Name: Mirima Huang
Character: Andarrea Cuoroyadi
Words: Entropy, Faerie Queen, Secrets*

History: Mirima doesn't say much about life as Mirima—never has and gives no hints that's changing any time soon. She claims to be a medical post-doc doing extended orbital research on Singapore Station, but even she admits that she pulls enough pranks and trolls hard enough when it suits her, she probably wouldn't believe her about that.  She has jumped into some discussions of cybernetics at a pretty high level, just making asides or explaining terms.

Mirima actually came to the group from the Building/Survival games originally, though it turned out she played a lot of the FPS titles popular with group members already, and very competitively.  She played them with varying degrees of actual skill, but she loved the competition.  She also loved breaking games—not the things in them, but the games themselves.  She was always chipper for the rest of the day after submitting a bug report or boggling a physics engine.  When Kage approached the group, she initially declined, and firmly.  She changed her mind only after a private conversation, about which she has so far explained only that he found a way to connect her.

Usually, Mirima is a relatively harmless prankster.  Maybe she'll set your house to burn down when you next open the door, but she'll move out anything valuable and take impics of complicated designs for later rebuilding.  Her showing off is less harmless, but only in that she'll go for niche records for destruction as readily as any other type.  She has harassed people off servers and out of whole games before, though, when they turned out to be malicious about it, or made themselves trouble for one of her friends.  It's not always clear how, too, because it's never as traceable as her normal hijinks.

Tech?: Probably something fancy and expensive, originally meant for telesurgery.  She connects as securely as anyone else, often having the lowest latency in a raid group.  Radio transmission to the station and back is a two-second round trip.  There are Spooky Action datalinks available that bypass the distance, but not at the scale of most individuals' individual wealth.

*: The GM has approved this homebrew word (and several others—ask me!).  Everyone is welcome to take it if it fits their concept.
