Skeeter is a brash and smiley halfling, with blue eyes that sparkle with mischief constantly. His Wavy dirty blonde hair is always the perfect amount of tousled. He prefers dark clothing with accents of blue. A short sword hangs on his hip, but there are at least a few knives of various styles tucked here and there on his body, mostly out of sight under a cloak.
