Scarlette is a Miniature Red Dragon that sits on Edmond's shoulder (her tail curled around his
throat).

Scarlette tends not to like others coming to close to her master, and hisses threateningly unless Edmond
denies her the right.
As a Red Dragon, as per the DnD Monsters Compendium*, Scarlette can breath a Fiery Breath Weapon with
unerring precision.
       * which is the tome from which Edmond summoned her

When Scarlette gives chase few can outrun her.
