Riley is Caucasian, with purple eyes and long black hair streaked with pink dye. After her awakening, her physical defects have been smoothed away and her more attractive points accentuated, leaving her with youthful, pretty facial features. Her build has been similarly cleaned up, fixing both her slightly hunched posture and her faintly underweight state. It didn't make her any taller, though, leaving her with a more decidedly feminine but still short build. Her fashion sense hasn't caught up with the rest of her yet, and she tends to wear the same slightly ratty hoodies and jeans or utility pants that she always has. She's often seen with a cigarette in her mouth or behind her ear.

She used to look kind of world-weary for only being twenty-two years old, but her ascension has also cleared up the dark sleep-deprivation circles around her eyes along with the other tweaks.
