Papah Houg is a massive besalisk near 8' tall and of ample weight to fill that height. The bony plates of his head crest and facial whiskers show his age as nearing his elder years as his greenish skin is getting more spotty and mottled. While his clothes are nice, they are still utilitarian with several tools at his disposal should something happen while he is around. Most notably, both of his left arms are cybernetic from just above the elbow: one ends in a regular hand and the other is a claw used for cutting and separating.

While quite good-natured, anyone who has known him for long enough knows he can be fiercely protective of those in his ward. Now with an entire station to look over he sees it as his time to shine in his later years.
