Just over two feet tall this tiny woman is clearly smaller than a halfling, but nobody would be mistaking her for one anyways.  With crystal growths in place of hair, and a malleable layer of something like crystal that covers her body in place of skin she is clearly something far less mundane than a humanoid. Light doesn't so much refract off the surface of her skin as it gets absorbed to travel through it and radiate as a soft glow no brighter than the source of that light, and even then only in close proximity.

While her flesh doesn't seem to have more than the vaguest hint of a female gender she does wear a translucent crystal garment with soft green lettering that reads Valenestria across the back of it at the widest point just above her shoulder blades clear enough for anyone to read and styled in simple block letters visible from a considerable distance
