Originally summoned from the Feywilds by a Wizard, Mirabelle greatly confused the conjurer when she didn't leave after the spell ended.  The world of Mortals was a strange and alien place to the young Pixie, so she wanted to explore and wander and play!  Plus she had a ton of fun helping out the Wizard - whatever his name was, she couldn't remember - though her chaotic nature often overwhelms what help she can offer to would-be companions.  She travels about as a vagrant from place to place, doing odd jobs and latching onto folk who she thinks could use her help, but often causes them more trouble than she realizes instead.
