Description:  Tanith Stenstrand isn't physically imposing - standing perhaps a few inches shy of six feet, but she does move with a deliberate grace that belies both natural talent and some training.  She has excellent muscle tone and a swimmer's build, which she maintains through keeping extremely active (what she would call 'good living'); she is an avid swimmer and runner.  Tanith can often be found engaging in one or more of those activities at any given time aboard ship.  She rarely drinks alcohol as a matter of personal preference, but always seems willing to try exotic foods (even if food isn't really required for her actual sustenance).

A bit of a tomboy, Tanith works hard and plays hard, having earned the nickname of "Otter".  Quiet and reserved (almost shy outside of her professional duties), Tanith gives 110% to the mission and her force of personality comes out when facing the larger more exotic or existential threats.  Preferring to observe, she will talk when engaged and is actually a pretty good conversationalist with a reputation for sometimes knowing a person better than they do themselves.

Personable enough, Tanith exudes a sort of calm about her.  And animals seem to like her as well (a gift she shared with her mother and maternal grandparents).

Tanith is rarely without some sort of short blade on her person, its presence seems to comfort her.  The young, blonde SEAL-adjacent operative appears quite adept with them.  Given her supernatural physiology, the small scars and nicks on her hands must be from a time before she started manifesting her Sea Titan lineage.  Which means that Tanith's familiarity with knives likely goes back for several decades.

What you probably know is that she is the daughter of Captain Stenstrand of the Fourth Fleet's Third Task Force defending Tritonia.  And that her mother served with distinction in the New Navy with distinction, but has recently passed.  Her maternal grandparents were both Amphib diplomats from Tritonia, reputed to very good their jobs and probably psychic, though in a rather non-intrusive way.

Her facial features are a pleasant mixture of her parents: high cheekbones, brownish-blonde hair, and green-tinged hazel eyes.  They almost seem to shine of their own accord when she exerts herself.  Generally considered a bit mousy in looks and rather nondescript and forgettable, Tanith seems to prefer it that way; only drawing attention to herself when really necessary.
