Yennifyr Blair

Standing at a nubile 5’7”, with hair the color of lilac and eyes like sparkling amethysts surveying the world from an altogether beautiful face, Yennifyr the Mad does not readily paint the picture of a fearsome, dangerous fey witch. In truth, the reputation is something of a calculated legacy she inherited from her mistress, an elder hag known simply as “Rubi,” to preserve the sanctity of blessed solitude. The hermitage suits her just fine—Yennifyr doesn’t seem to care much for people, but carries a distinctive fondness for cute animals. She can often be found muttering quietly to her magical broomstick, fondly and formally referred to as “Lord Handle.” Whether or not the broom talks back yet remains a mystery.

Hailing from the Wylds of Eastrun, she is something of a creative prodigy. Yennifyr boasts a rare, intuitive talent for alchemy and potion-craft, skillsets she shares with her facility for culinary improvisation, and can make even the humblest of ingredients sing to the gourmand’s palate. Similarly, the young woman boasts a keen eye for detail matched only by her appreciation for rich color and well-cut jewels. Her creations are true works of art and artifice.

One aspect of her fairy tale reputation is certainly true: Yennifyr is famously known for her temper. To cross the witch is to invite the wrath of a resourceful and patient young hag, surprisingly cunning and all-too-eager to exact vengeance against any fool who would wrong her.
