Reginald "reggie" buyers is a old school cop. He reached the rank of Sergeant then refused to go any higher as it meant he would have to give up walking the beat helping everyday people out.

He has a very protective nature and will run towards danger if life is threatened.

He also has a clear right and wrong attitude... He realises the world has shades of grey but if you don't have rules and laws then you have chaos.... Its not perfect but it works for the most part

Reggie is a 40 year old afro American still in shape for his age unlike some of his, peers because he's never had a desk job..... The younger cops look up to him the older officers think he's from a bygone time and are looking for any excuse to retire him.
