To the casual observer, Cecily is an attractive young woman with black hair, green eyes, and a lithe, compact build. She keeps her hair fashionably disheveled, her clothing is simple to the point of elegance, and something about her eyes is at once aloof and inviting.

To an observer who knew how to see beyond the mask, however, Cecily is a stunning chiaroscuro; shadows and flowers vie for the viewer's attention. Her gaze is as green and promising as spring itself. Colors seem just a little more vivid on Cecily, betraying her affiliation with the Spring Court to any who saw her.
