To call Lazarus of Liechtenstein eccentric would be akin to calling France somewhat large - an understatement of significant magnitude. In appearance, he somewhat lacks majesty - a small man with a spindly moustanche and somewhat thinning hair which he attempts to style with oils - and his manner is both obsequious, theatric and very serious.

Such a stature pales in comparison to his attire, which would be termed either exotic (by the generous) or bizarre (by the sighted). Normally clad in a collection of furs and a cloak, his bottom half is completed by a leather skirt as if a blacksmith, and feet which he normally leaves unclad and soaked in a concoction of warm water and herbs. On his head, he wears a leather cap, into which are sewn an odd collection of copper plates, inscribed with strange symbols.
