Before the Super Soldier Serum Peggy was 5’6” weighing in at 150 lbs. After the Super Soldier Serum Peggy is 6’5.5” weighing in at 379 lbs. With her Captain Britain boots, she is 6’8”. She has shoulder-length brown hair. Her outfit is reminiscent of Captain America’s but with a British design. When not wearing that, she usually can be seen something stylish.

Powers:
Artificially Enhanced Physiology: As a result of the Super-Soldier Serum, she was transformed into the pinnacle of human physical potential. This transformation gave Peggy superhuman abilities far beyond what even the most advanced "normal" humans are capable of.

Enhanced Healing Factor: Peggy’s natural healing abilities have been artificially enhanced, thus enabling her to recuperate from physical trauma at a greatly accelerated rate. She heals injuries that would take a healthy being months to heal within a few hours or minutes. This is also responsible for her greatly increased longevity. Her metabolic efficiency is superior to that of normal humans, to the point she cannot even get drunk under normal circumstances; even drinking Asgardian alcohol with no ill effects.

Superhuman Strength: Peggy’s physical strength is enhanced to superhuman levels. Peggy has also been able to throw fully grown men great distances, and send people flying great distances with punches and kicks. She was able to throw a motorcycle from overhead many yards with enough force to crush the front end of a jeep causing it to flip over. During her fight with Ultron (second armored body made of Vibranium), Peggy knocked him through a concrete pillar. Peggy has also supported the entire weight of a small car to keep it from falling over the edge of a bridge, though the bumper came off. She was able to kick a pickup truck with enough force to move it several yards and send an enemy soldier flying away upon impact with the truck. Additionally, she could hold down a helicopter to stop it from taking off, at full force.

Enhanced Durability: Peggy is far more durable than any normal human. She can survive blunt force trauma such as being hit by superhuman opponents like Loki and survive falling from the 30th floor of the Triskelion (300 ft) while using her shield with little discomfort. She was also unharmed by the force of pulling a helicopter down with her strength.

Enhanced Speed: Peggy can run and move at speeds far superior to Olympic-level runners. She can almost keep up with most vehicles and, with little effort, run 13 miles in 30 minutes while jogging for exercise.

Enhanced Agility: Peggy’s agility is much greater than that of any human. Peggy can perform amazing parkour and gymnastic moves that would be impossible for a normal human to accomplish.

Enhanced Reflexes: Peggy’s reflexes are far superior to those of the finest human athletes. She is capable of dodging rapid gunfire in close range.

Enhanced Stamina: Peggy is highly resistant to fatigue and illness. She is known to be able to run much faster than other humans of her height and build, and for far longer without tiring. Continuing to fight even when sustaining injury.

Advanced Longevity: The Super-Soldier Serum halts Peggy’s aging due to perfect cells.

Skills:
Master Combatant: Peggy is a master at unarmed combat. She has extensive knowledge of melee combat and displayed several forms of martial arts in her fighting style. Peggy’s combat style is composed of a mixture of American Boxing, Judo, Jujutsu, Taekwondo, and Aikido. Even in World War II, when still inexperienced, Captain Britain already proved to be a great fighter, having used her knowledge of combat, her enhanced attributes, and indestructible shield to defeat hundreds of Nazi soldiers and even the Red Skull. After being revived in the 21st century, Peggy was quickly put into action again; she proved able to keep abreast with Loki in combat for a short period and managed to defeat hordes of Chitauri aliens at the Battle of New York. When a police officer questioned why he should take orders from Captain Britain, the latter defeated several attacking Chitauri soldiers with ease, inducing the impressed officer to follow her orders without question. When she joined S.H.I.E.L.D., Peggy received extensive training, proving she is capable of defeating dozens of armed pirates, soldiers of HYDRA, a dozen S.T.R.I.K.E. agents (while limited by the confined space of an elevator), as well as also having Georges Batroc knocked out in a one on one fight. Captain Britain has also effectively battled against Black Panther, as well as the notorious Winter Soldier, ultimately defeating the latter by putting him in a chokehold. Peggy can use her combat skills to effectively battle against well-armed and armored opponents as well as other superhuman opponents. Those include Crossbones, who was armored and using power gauntlets, defeating Spider-Man, holding her own against Loki, giving Ultron's second body a prolonged fight, and even ultimately defeating Iron Man in a vicious duel, despite the latter also having the aid of F.R.I.D.A.Y.'s advanced combat analysis. Peggy also managed to defeat the hordes of Ultron Sentries.

Master Shield-man: Her experience during WWII with her unique shield, as well as its physical properties, allows her to accomplish amazing feats with the item. Aside from bashing foes and blocking incoming attacks, she can throw it with nearly perfect aim. Peggy can hit multiple targets with the same throw using a ricochet and could even achieve a boomerang-like return effect, allowing her to strike enemies from behind or retrieve the shield without objects to ricochet from.

Master Tactician and Strategist: She is an accomplished strategist. During World War II, Peggy led her own specially selected team of soldiers on many successful campaigns against multiple HYDRA bases and agents. She was the one who came up with the battle plan for the final HYDRA site attack. She took tactical command of the Avengers against an assault force of Chitauri soldiers.

Master Acrobat: Peggy is an expert acrobat, gymnast, and aerialist. She often utilizes these talents in combat for both evasive and offensive purposes. Combined with her enhanced agility, Peggy has shown expertise in utilizing flips in her attacks and takedowns.

Military Operator: Peggy is well-versed in WWII-era armed force disciplines including intelligence gathering, escape arts, demolitions, survival, swimming, mountaineering, march or drill skills, cartography, map reading, communications, and army vehicle skills.

Expert Marksman: Peggy can throw most projectile weaponry with a great aim (usually her shield), and is well-versed in the use of firearms.

Multilingual: Peggy could speak and read English, Russian and German fluently. She could also speak with a convincing American accent while undercover.

Spy: Carter was able to infiltrate Castle Kaufmann and free Abraham Erskine with her disguise as "Eva". Likewise, she can flawlessly mimic other accents. She knows how to manipulate men by exploiting the sexist stereotypes of her time, and by seduction.

Expert Vehicle Control: She is highly proficient in the control of conventional vehicles such as cars and motorcycles.

Pilot: Peggy has at least basic knowledge of aircraft piloting, being able to crash land Red Skull's plane, and later fly the Quinjet.

History: She was born in 1920 in Hampstead, England. By 1939, Peggy was a member of the British Royal Military, engaging in more simplistic office work that was expected of women of that time. By 1940 she was working as a codebreaker in Bletchley Park. During this time, Peggy became engaged to Fred Wells, a man who worked in her department. Her priorities were called into question when Mr. Edwards informed her that she had been recommended for the Special Operations Executive. Believing that a woman should not fight, Carter turned down the offer.

Peggy introduced her fiancé to her brother Michael at their engagement party. To her disappointment, she discovered that Michael believed Wells was not good enough for her and that his sister had the potential for greater things. He revealed that he was the one who had recommended Peggy to be a field agent. The pair discussed if this wedding was truly what she wanted, with Michael telling her that as it was not yet her wedding day, she still had time to change her mind. Despite his assurances that she was meant to be a fighter, Peggy refused to listen and stormed away.

Carter continued to focus on her upcoming wedding, having her mother help her try on her wedding dress. The preparations were tragically cut short when the family was informed that Michael had been killed fighting in World War II. His death greatly saddened Carter, who realized she had lost the only person who truly understood who she was. The loss prompted her to reverse her earlier decision and pursue the field agent position, but as a result, the marriage was called off. Carter eventually joined the British counterintelligence and security agency MI5.

As an MI5 operative, Carter was loaned out to the Strategic Scientific Reserve where she became an advisor. In November 1940, she infiltrated Castle Kaufmann, the headquarters of the Schutzstaffel general Johann Schmidt who also was a leader of HYDRA. Disguised as the maid, she freed the captured scientist Abraham Erskine, the creator of the Super Soldier Serum, and escaped the castle. Soon, Carter was assigned as a liaison from the British government under Chester Phillips's orders to help the Americans combat the Nazis. In the winter of 1942, Carter spent time in the sewers of New York City. Carter also spent time in the Soviet Union, learning local dialect which kept her from freezing to death. She helped train and select the candidate for Project Rebirth.

She was in the room when a Hydra Agent blew up the lab, shot Steve Rogers, and attempted to steal the Super-Soldier Formula. Peggy killed the Hydra Agent. With them about to lose everything, Peggy did the only thing she could to save all that work. She stepped up and became the Super Soldier. Her boss in the SSR sidelined her refusing to allow her to do anything. Eventually Howard Stark discovered Hydra had acquired a tremendous power source, the Tesseract. Peggy went in against orders and retrieved it. Steve learned that Bucky Barnes was captured by Hydra. She went in single-handedly and busted him and the other prisoners out. Needing air support Howard Stark sent in Steve Rogers inside a suit of armor powered by the Tesseract.

Peggy, Steve, Bucky, and the other soldiers formed the Howling Commandos and began attacking Hydra throughout Europe. Eventually, they lost Steve and his Hydra Stomper, they presumed him deceased. Learning that Red Skull was planning to unleash an interdimensional force to world domination or world annihilation. They go to Castle de Krake in the Black Forest. The Howling Commandos plus Howard Stark storm the castle Peggy and Howard go high while the rest go low. Peggy finds Red Skull unleashing a tentacled monster. The rest of the Howling Commands rescue Steve Rogers and repower his Hydra Stomper. Howard tries to close the portal and reverse the portal but the monster was holding it open. Using a sword Peggy saves Steve and then forces the monster back through the portal going with it.

Years later Director Fury reopened the portal and Peggy came out along with numerous chopped-up bits of the tentacle monster’s tentacles. After a period of reacclimating, she joined Fury’s emergency response team, the Avengers. While with the Avengers Tony Stark created an Energy Shield for her to use. Her first mission since joining the Avengers was the Battle of New York she gave the tactical commands to all the Avengers and led them to victory over Loki and the Chitauri. When the Avengers were not assembled, she was a part of S.H.I.E.L.D.’s S.T.R.I.K.E. team. When the A.I. Ultron was created by S.H.I.E.L.D. scientist Hank Pym attacked Sokovia Peggy coordinated the evacuation of civilians and kept defended Ultron control unit from being activated.

After Ultron the Avengers divorced from S.H.I.E.L.D., they built a training facility to train recruits Peggy and Natasha were left in charge of training recruits. After successfully recruiting and training enough people to staff two full teams of Avengers they divided up, one team stationed in America the other stationed in Britain. Peggy of course returned home.
