"Lucky" Luka appears to be human, possibly attractive - if you're in to the charming rogue with dark hair and a nice smile sort of thing. His dark brown hair is kept somewhat short, and his eyes are a sapphire blue. He wears very nice clothing usually, in a variety of colors and styles. He has an all-temperature cloak fashioned to look more like a long coat, and the only concession to fashion is that he wears a utility belt...sometimes.
