Well they picked the wrong guy to scapegoat for the power grid shortcomings during the last audit by high corporate! Homeless and living in the tunnels beneath the wasteland, Smith spends most of his time plotting then sneaking back in to inconspicuously cause whatever problems he can mange without getting caught.

With his dull gray boiler suit, black work boots and handheld scanner, a seemingly preoccupied Smith is mostly indistinguishable from a fake potted Earth plant or common JanitorBot executing its routine.
