While not completely unheard of it is quite rare to find a Hobbit wearing any kind of dedicated combat gear, let alone one embroidered with the white tree of Gondor in anything like the manner of a normal uniform.  This one however is wearing a uniform of black robes and black surcoats, embroidered in white with a tree in blossom under a silver crown and many-pointed stars.

Multiple daggers, what might even be a short sword, and a small but clearly regulation design backpack round out the gear of this tiny read headed woman, but none of that could disguise her obviously hobbit nature, or total lack of boots of any kind.
