Wort Halffield

Wort is a Hobbit of the Shire. At only just 34, he is a young Hobbit still and barely remembers the dark times and the Battle of Bywater.

He wears the wools and cottons common among Hobbit farmers. He is known for helping the post and running whatever odd jobs present themselves.

He arrived only recently at Minas Tirith with a pony and cart, bearing a large delivery of various seed (including several brands of the famous Hobbit pipeweed) and a large barrel, as well as messages, well wishes and gifts for the lord and lady. And other hobbits far from home.
