Flamboyant in purples and blues, Flynn cuts an etherealy striking figure. His blue, vertically slitted eyes are piercing and alert and his sharp teeth flash brilliantly whenever he smiles, which is disturbingly often. His skin is mostly light tan, with some blueish mottling towards the back of his head and along the backs of his arms. His hair is a spikey mohawk that sprouts around and mostly obscures a head fin. Tattoos arch over his ear fins and peek out from the collar of his shirt. A fine rapier hangs on his right hip, and an ornate pistol is holstered on his left for cross-body draw. He wears a finely tailored coat with a mid-length tail; its lining shimmers iridescent blue. When he is in the water, he has a powerful tail, flashing blue. When on land, he wears gaitered and heeled boots that lend a few extra inches to his already tall figure.
