The Enforcer
The Enforcer, AKA Angela Vincetti, is the daughter of Atlantis City New Jersey Crime Boss Guglielmo Vincetti and Maria Stefani; kid sister of Galaxy City's 'The Enforcer' (2218-2240), former Cop turned vigilante; Joe (Giuseppe) 'Stevens'. Stevens was known by two hallmarks, his devotion to family, and the fact that he was probably a mole for the Vincetti Mob the entire time he was on The Force. Many of his Righteous Executions tended to take out Vincetti Family enemies, for example.
Raised by her Uncle Joe after her parents were torn down in a hail of bullets in front of the 10 year old Angela, she trained to follow in her Uncle's footsteps, but could never let go of her anger, or desire for revenge.
The New Enforcer, or 'Baby Enforcer' (as nobody is stupid enough to call her) earned herself the Mantle of The Enforcer when she picked it off the corpse of his former side-kick, NightByrd, who had taken up the name without either the Stefani, or the Vincetti family blessing. Her abilities include Pain Resistance, Superior Strength and Dexterity, and skill with both the Gun and Blade.
