Biography:
When the citizens of Venancia first noticed traces of a Goblin making its way around and into town, they feared a scout looking for weaknesses in the local defenses.  Encounters here and there with a lone, scrawny, half-starved Goblin rooting through garbage, hunting vermin, and scampering across rooftops proved less than hostile though.  In time folk grew accustomed to the singular Goblin when they came to realize she was just a stray seemingly cast out from the Stonecrag tribe and no threat to anyone.  A few kinder souls even saw fit to leave food and warmer clothing out for her; a charity that was reciprocated when they found trinkets, berries, or eggs left in return.  Over time the Goblin became a known feature of Venancia and commonly dubbed "Wastrel" by those who cared to call her anything at all or gently goad her nearer to interact with.
