Father Hargin is the grim high priest of the local parish, a colorless, humorless man of few words. He has dark, straight hair which he wears slicked back with grease and a short, coarse beard. He bears a small scar on his left cheek, rumor has it, from a count's signet. He dresses all in black as is appropriate for a priest though over the years, this church has fallen under the sway of darker gods.
