A survivor out of Chicago, The Jigsaw Man has run the Rompez for over 20 years. Prone to violent bursts of anger he has carved out his turf on a wave of violence and blood that is still whispered about in the shadows. Ares considers him the biggest threat in Detroit and yet for decades he has continued to operate the gang with ruthless efficiency. While the Rompez operate like a typical gang, it is believed that anyone can get them as temporary allies if they plan to take on bugs.
