Everyone knows Shady Sam is going to screw you, its just a matter of making sure it isn't too bad or too deep. A fixer who lives into all the worst reputations of Fixers, he preys on the desperate and gullible to build teams that are probably doomed for failure. Despite this he seems to have some kind of ties to Ares corporate because he often gets wind of jobs and opportunities before other fixers and if you need Ares miltech he is (unfortunately) the best chance to acquire it...assuming he doesn't completely screw you over in the process.
