The leader of the Slaughterhouse, a booster gang specializing in roided up berserkers wielding cleavers and hatchets. They're big, they're dumb, but you can get a lot of things done if you can give an army like that proper focus and Avon does that. One would expect the leader of the Slaughterhouse to be the biggest, roidest, dumbest of the bunch but it couldn't be farther from the truth. While the rest of the gang goes big synth muscle, he is wired for speed and it is rumored he can cut someone into a thousand pieces before the first drop of blood hits the ground.

Despite giving off the appearance of being more civilized then the rest of his gang, he is just as brutal and bloodthirsty as the loudest and most violent of his members.
