Prophet's look and demeanor immediately bring to mind the words "middle management". A bit on the short side, balding, and paunchy, he resembles nothing more than a cubicle jockey - a carefully curated, entirely forgettable appearance. He is apparently in his early- to mid-forties, 5'7", with an average but markedly unathletic build. His eyes are (unsurprisingly) brown, and his fading brown hair circles his scalp in a typical example of male-pattern baldness.

Prophet, known as William "Bill" Parker (very likely an alias), is a member of the Investigations Branch, and has a reputation for an exceptional intellect and remaining calm and controlled even in the most dire of situations. He holds degrees in a variety of subjects including a Medical Doctorate and a Masters in forensic accounting.
