Known for his classic looks, Condor has often been described as a suitable stand in for Robert Redford. Though he will deny all allegations of using such comparable looks to draw the attention of star stuck, and mistaken, women of foreign nationality. Typical day wear for Condor would include a button down shirt, blue jeans, loafers, a tweed blazer, and a Fedora hat. It is rumored that Condor has been known to rely on the several disguises while working, most notably that of a slightly overweight, bearded, and bespectacled man known for his wool suits and walking cane. But, then, he is a spy.


Condor is known as Joseph Turner to his friends, peers, and department head. He is a member of the Confiscation bureau known for his mechanical aptitude, knowledge of chemistry, fondness for physics, and as a dabbler in the world of medicine. It is rumored that he once pulled a tour of duty in the Army Signals Corps, acted as a combat medic during the war in Viet Nam, and that he was a teacher of mechanical engineering at the American International School of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. But, then, he is a spy.
