Originally a Padawan of the Jedi Order, Ashara Zavros was turned by the then still rising Lord Jiseru.   Over the next few years, the two would grow close; and the Togruta slowly surrendered to the Dark Side.   It was around the same time that her master's ascension was complete that she discovered that she shared a Force Bond with him; and shortly thereafter became both wife and first apprentice to him.
