Galina to family and friends. Doc to everyone else. She is a woman in her late 40s or early 50s, with graying hair and a permanently stern expression. Supposedly she smiled, sometimes, before her son, Vitaly, was killed but that's only a rumour.

Before the war, she worked in family medicine. Now her practise has expanded to cover radiation sickness, gunshot wounds, and the occasional mutant mauling.
