Loren lives in a small cottage near Eastwarden, within the border of the Mistwood. He lives alone, only occasionally coming into town for supplies.

Many in town are distrustful of him or think he may be cursed as no normal folk live in the shadows of the accursed forest.

Loren is a lean and fit young man who always seems a bit too wild and disheveled for civilized company. Despite his isolation,  he longs for human company and companions to ease his solitude.
