Alathorn is well equipped for the occasion: sturdy explorer's clothes keep him warm on his travels, but a fine courtier's outfit and some jewelry turn him into the most dazzling story teller at night.

Carrying various items of adventure gear, a crossbow and an often concealed rapier, he looks like a young man who can stand his own in the world.

This is a better image of what Alas looks like. With very fine facial features, he might pass as a young woman. The concept of binary gender is something he found always strange anyway, so he doesn't mind playing with his looks.
