Qui An
Appearance
Qui An is five foot nine inches tall, he wears his dark hair long. Not unusual among his people. His hair reaches below his backside, it is held up by an ivory guan that has been carved into the shape of a stalking cloud leopard. His eyes are almond-shaped, and a vibrant and enticing shade of sapphire with full lashes and high cheekbones. His lips are full and usually a soft pink, when he smiles there are noticeable points to his canine, but he does not show his damphir blood in any other way, save the allure that is always there for his kin.
He wears whites and blues and adds armor when he is in the field he has (had) a nice set of scale mail and a well-made long sword that he is very good with. Qui An wears a long beaded tunic, a long leather coat over that also beaded leather breeches, and ankle tabi boots.
Currently, he is whatever the Asylum has put him in.
About
Noble in nature and attitude Qui An is a young man who was destined to be a future lord of a town like his father. The calling of faith would be stronger and he entered into the Chruch for a few years to serve and learn and his nature made him a shoo-in for a paladin. Which is the path he chose to follow. He is an upstanding young man and he spends much of his time simply doing for others. Where his father could not do.
He is a loyal but not necessarily obedient son he does not view his father as the answer to everything and he in the true fashion of a child with an opinion and a mind of his own. Even though his father was unhappy with it. Children can not be controlled after a certain age. He still visited his mother Rongying when he is in town, but he rarely spares the time for his father unless he is specifically requested to do so. Mostly because as a child he tried to emulate him as an adult he understands some of the failings and while he would love to cross this gap between himself and his father, he finds it very difficult.
An, has the abilities to handle something and get impressions from it, or at least he does now, and his future with the Church might be limited, given how he feels about being used, and given the Chruch asked him to escort others to the Asylum he feels in a way that he was a sacrifice to some darkness. ( or will once he begins to regain memories )
Currently his sense of self is hidden and he is seeking to find it again.
