Jessica Jones
Jessica rocks the 'tough chic' look particularly well... all in a 5' 7" package that mixes in plenty of style contradictions. Long black hair offsets her pale skin, brown eyes clash with red lips. Her age is a little hard to pin down, sometimes she looks twenty too, other times thirty two... its probably a trick of the light (and the amount of stress she's lugging around). Her mannerisms are very casual... a bit of foot swinging, lip chewing, or a bout of slouching. Unless she's on the job, Jessica can't seem to sit still (or to be more accurate, sit properly). She's more of a nervous pacer or a wall leaner. Jessica is also a fan of poking through the contents of a room (usually without invitation), so its common for her to be handling an object.Her default look is one of boredom (or deliberate disinterest) and its a rare thing to get a smile out of her. She isn't without her charm, but she's definitely one of those guarded types. Jessica is great at deflecting, usually countering people's questions with her own... or distracting others with some deadpan humor. Yet all of her frivolous behavior stops the moment Jessica adopts her game face... a grim 'lets get it on' expression. Her anger is a scary thing to behold.
In her interactions with others, Jessica is very direct (maybe even a bit cocky)... she lets people know what she wants without a doubt. If she likes a person, they will cotton on quick. If she doesn't like a person... they'll know even quicker. Despite coming across as a bit of an asshole, Jessica isn't mean to bystanders or randos.
Jessica doesn't vary her wardrobe much... denim jeans, black leather jackets, and whatever shirt looks the cleanest is the order of the day. A hoodie and finger-less mittens sometimes make an appearance, usually if she's trying to stay unnoticed. Jessica isn't often seen with much in the way of personal possessions... sometimes a camera or phone.
