Description

Gabrielle is short and slight, barely reaching 5', with dark hair and brown eyes. She looks more like an older child than an adult. Her hair is worn short; in the right clothes, she could pass as a boy; alternatively, in the right clothes, she is clearly a woman. Despite her lack of size, she can be intimidating when she needs to be.

As a lady-in-waiting, she usually wears expensive gowns that aren't quite the height of fashion. She always wears gloves, to conceal her rough hands and battered knuckles.

She's currently wearing a plain travelling gown of dark green wool, with a matching hooded cloak

Background

Gabrielle grew up on the streets, fighting for everything. Literally: from time to time, she took part in arranged fights, exploiting cocky opponents who didn't expect the 'child' to turn into such a savage bundle of fists and feet.

Her life changed when she defended a noblewoman, Lady Arabella Boisseau, from street toughs. She's now a lady-in-waiting to Lady Arabella, at least officially. Gabrielle is still getting used to the new world she's found herself in.
