0 Free-Use NPCs

This post will be a repository of miscellaneous minor NPCs. Mostly necessary staff and the like for locations. You may feel free to write for these characters if they are necessary (i.e. they are a bartender and you get a drink from them) without needing a response from me. Just don't do anything weird to them or abuse them, they gotta be around to facilitate stuff.



Oleander

A library assistant frequently found at the front desk. She generally gives people directions around the library or assists them in locating materials in the Main Hall. She is generally bored, terse, and disinterested in the public, but she performs her duties faithfully enough.
