Alice Casey
Alice is a young (25ish) woman from Ireland... short, slender, and attractive. Her thick honeyed locks and piercing blue eyes can be quite bewitching. Alice's distinctive accent is also quite pleasant and she keeps the famed Irish temper well in check. Alice dresses to the occasion, preferring a Prim & Proper image.Outside of 'work', Alice does have interests of her own. She enjoys dinner parties and other social events that let her dress up and exercise some feminine ego. Alice appreciates the natural beauty of the countryside and thus likes to take walks, rides, and tours. Watching cricket is something she did with her Father as a child... and she still enjoys it as a woman. Alice likes a bit of Irish folk music with romantic fiction her guilty pleasure.
In her youth, Alice studied abroad in England for a season (Botany of all things)... and had a run in with the Fae of Cambridge. Back then she was ill prepared and came off second best, but that supernatural event helped to bring her into the Watchers Council. Since her recruitment Alice has done secretarial & archivist work (in addition to her Watcher training). Recently, she has arrived to study under and assist Sir John Gates Hobbs Jr... while holding a post as a junior Lecturer in Botany.
That said, Alice has other motivations in accepting the Cambridge posting. Getting even with the Fae who bested her for one and securing their secrets for the Watchers Council.
