Ned is a young man approaching 20 years old. He is tall and lean. He has long, dark, unkempt hair, and a very light beard.He is dressed in the Garrison tunic breeches and cloak of the greenest town Gaurds. They have also equipped him with a new pair of boots.

He rides a tall grey gelding with a gentle disposition.

He is quiet, and smiles alot. Most children and the folks who farm in the region are fond of him. Most of the town folk think he's a simpleton, but have no desire to make him angry.
