Mr Brown has the look of a man that spend most of his life walking just centimeters the right side of the law to say out of prison.  Which is what he has done.
He voice is raspy.  His tone is very negative and what he doing teaching children it most likely best not to ask.  If it not your lucky day you will wish you not entered his class that morning.
