Between waif and built Garret cuts a lithe figure.  It's obvious he has some muscle behind the thin figure but he also has a little fat covering it all making him attractively thin, despite the fact he takes no precautions to hide the blackened holes where his eyes used to be.  Perhaps its his natural talent to be unobserved or perhaps its his telepathy making subtle subconscious suggestions for individuals to relegate the need to look him in the eyes moot and focus on part of his coat or hands or feet.

Regardless his clothing is well appointed in the manner of a successful merchant with the eyes, or lack thereof, being the major point of contention speaking to his true role in the Imperium of Man.  There is also the storm coat that he wears that is made out of night material that likely helps in others just not wanting to pay him any mind as the eye has trouble coming to terms with what sucks in all light.  At his hips there are a pair of blades, even just the visible hilts and guards speak to them being of the finest quality while a laspistol of similarly fine quality is holstered in his specially designed left boot.  There are other small accoutrements on the custom guard flak he wore.  He looked...prepared...though for what considering he was an Astrotelepath, as his old mentor used to call him.
